Richard Pargeter Born in the Midlands in 1976, Richard’s artistic talent was obvious from an early age. After graduating from the University of Central England with an impressive First Class Honours degree, Richard became a professional illustrator of children's books. Richard Pargeter first love, however, will always be painting, and he now devotes the majority of his time to creating evocative and dramatic landscapes that captivate the viewer with acrylics on paper and canvas using dabs of paint to create the impression of detail. |
